Delivery Options & Pricing
1. Standard Delivery
• Price: £9.99
• Delivery Time: 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
• Description: Ideal for standard orders, accessories, and medium-sized cookers. Items are dispatched from our warehouse and carefully handled throughout transit.
2. Express Delivery
• Price: £19.99
• Delivery Time: 1–2 working days (for orders placed before 12:00 PM)
• Description: Designed for customers who need their equipment in a hurry. Your order receives priority processing and expedited transit to get you ready for your next weekend cookout.
Order Processing & Dispatch
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Heavy & Bulky Items Notice
• Large items (such as heavy ceramic kamados, offset smokers, and large cart-style grills) require specialized freight handling due to their weight and dimensions. Our courier will contact you prior to delivery to schedule a convenient drop-off time. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the freight.
Damaged or Missing Items
• We take utmost care in packaging your goods securely. However, if your delivery arrives damaged or shows signs of rough handling, please note the damage with the courier upon signing and contact our customer support team within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
